What is the best way to get in contact with Wellness of Hope?
You may complete the contact me form listed on the site. You can also send an email to info@wellnessofhope.com or call/text office phone during business hours which are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. (P): (561) 545-4693. If you submit an inquiry on a weekend, it will be reviewed the next business day.
How much does Wellness of Hope charge per session?
Please refer to the services page for fees. Services start from $100 and up per session depending on the service provided.
What type of Insurance does Wellness of Hope accept?
Wellness of Hope does not accept insurance, we are an out-of-network insurance provider.
However, Wellness of Hope will provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement to you.
What if I need medications?
Some patients who are seen by Wellness of Hope have already been prescribed medication by their psychiatrist or other physician. Other patients prefer to try psychotherapy first without medication. Wellness of Hope will refer out to a psychiatrist either upon a patient’s request for a medication trial or when deemed medically necessary.
Does Wellness of Hope have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a grace period is provided for missing one appointment or canceling one appointment within 24 hours. After this grace period, missed appointments or canceled appointments within 24 hours will be billed the full fee.
In cases of emergency, does Wellness of Hope have an “on-call” system?
Yes. Clients are directed to call 911 or to go to the nearest emergency room should a crisis arise. Upon arrival to the emergency room, Clients are asked if they have a treatment provider. Patients can provide a release of information for Shakiyla Hart with Wellness of Hope and listed telephone number. The attending physician/psychiatrist will notify Shakiyla Hart of the client’s condition and course of treatment.
